Counseling for high school seniors to cope with disruptions.

Many high school seniors are dealing with the loss of activities such as prom, senior walk and even possibly graduation ceremonies. It may be helpful to connect these students to a counseling professional (possibly in an online group session) to discuss and cope with this stress.

     Step away from your computer, cellphone, or tablet use exercise equipment in the home.
     Getting outside if possible, in your area to go for a walk or get fresh air
     Get up and stretch at least once an hour. Set alarms and make a game out of it and make it a family affair.
     Check out all the free exercise and yoga videos from gyms, studios, and fitness apps or free YouTube yoga and exercise videos
     Listen to Music and meditate from Calm.
     Virtual museum tours. Take a tour through 12 famous museums
     Virtual trips with the family to desired places you would like to visit as a family
